Video!!!!!!!!
Hey Dudes heres our video for I Am (If You Are). Its amazingly awesome. Watch it, then watch it again, then tell your friends about how you watched it and it changed your life.
I Am Chopped and Screwed If You Are
For the video of I Am (If You Are) we slowed down the song to half-speed so Laura could sing along with it, and when sped up she'd ideally look much cooler than she does at normal speed. The thing is, this slowed version is DOPE so we had to share it with you. Break out the syzzurp and bump this.

Rooftop Performances/Tanning Shirtless Guy
Why howdy yalls,
This past sunday we brought a few instruments to a Manhattan rooftop and performed a few songs for the Wild Honey Pie blog. Behind us were amazing views of the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building AND a shirtless dude getting his tan on. We're happy to report that the songs came out well and the dude's skin is as golden as a chicken nugget dipped in honey mustard. Check out Larv singing "Problems" below and head to the Wild Honey Pie blog to read/watch more!

More than Words! Radio Free Europe! Ghost!
Eyooooo,
This week we played a "Cross Pollination" show with NY indie rockers Bridges and Powerlines, which meant that after both of our sets we had to play some songs together. After some debate over what the three best songs of all time we, we finally agreed that they are: Radio Free Europe by REM, Ghost by Neutral Milk Hotel, and of course, More Than Words by Extreme. It was extremely fun and also taught us a valuable lesson: never cover songs by REM cause their lyrics are beyond incoherent and therefore impossible to memorize. With apologies for the excessively loud vocals, here they are....

Guest Stars of the new Ash Video
Who are those two handsome men playing drums and bass at the beginning of the new Ash video "War With Me"? Why its none other than Schmacky Felsenfeld and Jmo Colemansteinberg, disguised behind the masks of significantly less handsome musicians! Directed by our friend Alex Beck, Adam and I are still waiting for our paycheck for this hard day's work. Check it:

Did I write the new T-Pain Song?
The other day I got an email from BMI (where songwriters register their works), titled:
"Reverse Cowgirl" (Najm, Johnson, Coleman, Jenkins, Brent, Vantrese, Gordon, Gordon) Performed by T-Pain"
Here was the text of the email:
Mr. Coleman,
This song is currently charting on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart. We have received a registration listing Jeremy Coleman as a writer. Are you the correct writer on this song?
Please let me know as soon as possible.
Apparently a different Jeremy Coleman co-wrote the new T-Pain song! And BMI can't find him. Man i wish I had a hand in creating the pop gem that is "Reverse Cowgirl" and then went missing. Maybe I wrote it in an alternative Lost-universe? Either way, my life sucks compared to the bizzaro-Jeremy.
The Love Astronauts
We just found out there is a band from Utah called The Love Astronauts. Amazing.
They are like the Radiohead to our Talking Heads, naming themselves after our song. Only they are ska. And possibly mormon.
